Rabobank net geen Sustainable Bank of the Year !
De Financial Times en de International Finance Corporation (IFC) hebben de Braziliaanse bank Banco Real uitgeroepen tot de Sustainable Bank of the Year.
In totaal deden 129 banken en financiële instellingen uit 54 landen mee aan de competitie. De Rabobank werd uitgeroepen tot Runner-Up, zeg maar goede tweede.
Daarnaast waren er nog wat subprijzen, zoals YES Bank uit India in de categorie Emerging Markets Regional Leadership prizes en ASA uit Bangladesh in de categorie Banking at the Bottom of the Pyramid, E+Co uit de USA won de Sustainable Investor of the Year award en de Sustainable Deal of the Year ging naar BlueOrchard Finance uit Zwitserland en Morgan Stanley uit de USA. Toch mooi dat de Rabobank het zo goed heeft gedaan. Geen hoofdprijs, maar toch gefeliciteerd.
