France Bans Drilling, Fracking & Exploration for Shale Natural Gas

France bans fracking, exploration and unconventional drilling for shale natural gas until June for environmental fears. A ban on hydraulic fracking and exploration has been set into place through to June, when government and parliamentary reports on fracking are scheduled to be finalized that will reveal in detail the consequences to shale fracking for oil and natural gas. If the reports show minimal side effects to the fracking process, exploration will likely continue.
