Japan Earthquake: State Of Emergency Declared At Onagawa Nuclear Power Plant

The U.N. nuclear agency says Japan has declared a state of emergency at another earthquake-affected nuclear plant where higher-than-permitted levels of radioactivity were measured.

Japan has declared emergency at another nuclear power plant in Onagawa, northeastern Japan. Hightened radiation levels have reportedly been detected there. Authorities are currently investigating their source. At first it was reported they could've been blown from Fukushima. Dr. Robert Jacobs from the Hiroshima Peace Institue says that if that's the case, the 20km exclusion zone around the Fukushima reactor may not be enough.
