Statkraft has opened the 9.2 MW wind farm, Em, the company's first wind farm in Sweden. Statkraft collaborated with the forestry and timber product company Södra on the wind farm situated outside Mönsterås in southeast Sweden.
The wind farm consists of four wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 9.2 MW. The cooperation with Södra, entered into in 2009, involves development of about 600 MW wind power in southern Sweden.
