TEDx Johannesburg 2010: Saving Johannesburgs Oceans by Cheryl Samantha Owen

Johannesburg is a land locked city, so people are more aware of the effect of gold mines on people than they are aware of something they hardly see - the oceans. But what we do in Johannesburg affects our seas and the seas affect the city. Cheryl-Samantha Owens lays bare the facts of our interactions with the seas, showing the horror and the hope - why our oceans need saving and how we can do it.
