Aloha Green! How Renewable Energy is Working for Hawaii

Hawaii could be on its way to becoming one of the leaders in renewable energy. This visualization highlights some of the key findings from the Oahu Wind Integration Study, showing how Hawaii could effectively leverage solar and wind power to reduce its carbon footprint.

This data comes from the Oahu Wind Integration Study conducted by the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute (HNEI) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, GE, and the Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO).
