La Nina returns to disrupt global weather patterns

Lower than average ocean surface temperatures have brought on the weather phenomenon known as Le Nina. It is likely to have a profound impact on a number of countries, including South Africa, South East Asia, Australia and even worsen the drought in the Horn of Africa.
