The Solar Car Team in the Light Power Project at Tokai University's Challenge Center have developed the Tokai Challenger, their 2011 solar car. Through support by numerous companies, including Panasonic and Toray, in October this car will enter one of the world's biggest solar car races: the World Solar Challenge in Australia.
