It's a noble effort but I'm not sure if it's not just feeding the country's high-tech industry. Unfortunately these "high" technologies are so fast outdated, and then we are not dealing only with paper waste, but then with high-tech highly toxic e-waste when its decided that these technologies are out of date. Not to mention the need for electricity. As a teacher I can't imagine a class of tots staring at computers, since before they come into class it's hard to get them off their video games >.<
