TEDxBOULDER 2011: Reinventing The Role Of Restaurants In Changing Americas Food by Kimbal Musk

Kimbal is the co-founder of The Kitchen and has been part of many successful businesses. His first company prior to starting The Kitchen was Zip2, acquired by Compaq in 1999. He has also been an investor, advisor and board member of many other successes, including PayPal (acquired by Ebay), Tesla Motors (Publicly listed: TSLA), SpaceX, OneRiot and SolarCity. After selling Zip2 in 1999, Kimbal decided to pursue his passion of cooking and attended the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York City. After graduating he moved to Boulder, Colorado to start The Kitchen with partners Hugo Matheson and Jen Lewin.
