Voor het tweede jaar op rij nam de gemiddelde broeikasgasvoetafdruk per Nederlander toe, van 15,1 ton CO2-equivalenten per inwoner in 2017 naar 15,8 ton in 2018. Tussen 2008 en 2016 daalde deze nog. De toename is toe te schrijven aan een stijging van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen in het buitenland ten behoeve van de bestedingen in Nederland. [...]
