Is Jezus Redt een reclame uiting?

In Giesenburg is er in gigantische witte letters op het dak van een boerderij de tekst 'Jezus Redt' aangebracht. Los van het feit dat niet duidelijk is wat Jezus gaat redden, is de tekst inmiddels onderdeel van een procedure.
Interessant vanuit communicatie oogpunt is het feit dat de gemeente Giessenburg deze simpele mededeling ziet als een reclame uiting. Vreemd omdat een reclame uiting altijd wel iets probeert te verkopen en daar lijkt mij in dit geval geen sprake van.
