Quake, Tsunami, Nuclear Crisis Overwhelm Japan

Japan says an earthquake and tsunami overwhelmed its efforts to contain a growing crisis at nuclear power plants damaged by the disasters. But the nation's prime minister says the Japanese people need strength.
