PyeongChang wins 2018 Winter Olympics: South Korea Celebrates
South Koreans celebrate after Pyeongchang finally won the right to host a Winter Olympics. After two previous bids failed, locals jumped up and down after IOC President Jacques Rogge announced Pyeongchang will host the 2018 games.
