Prof. Nancy Puccinelli is an expert on the psychology of difficult times and its impact on consumer behavior. Her research predicts products that will thrive when others fail. She holds a PhD in psychology from Harvard. At Oxford University's Said Business School, she works with the Oxford Institute of Retail Management to understand how surprising environmental cues drive consumer decisions in retail stores. Her consulting and field work include companies such as Ritz Carlton hotel, Four Seasons hotel, Procter and Gamble, and Coca-Cola. She and her work have been featured on national TV in the US.
