Jane Rich is the regional director of the Northeast Indiana Small Business Development Center (NEISBDC). Prior to becoming the director, she was a full time business advisor at the NEISBDC. She was named the 2009 Indiana Statewide Small Business Development Center Advisor of the Year. Jane has more than 20 years prior experience as a commercial lender in central and northeastern Indiana. While in banking, she developed an expertise in lending to small and emerging businesses, not-for-profits, utilities, and other banks. She also has prior experience working with Premier Capital Corporation, an Indianapolis-based Certified Development Company.
