World Bank approves one billion to clean Ganga

The World Bank has approved a $1 billion credit and loan for cleaning the river Ganga that accounts for one-fourth of India's water resources.

A significant part of the Bank's support will go towards financing demonstrative investments for reducing pollution in a sustainable manner, in four key sectors: wastewater collection and treatment, industrial pollution control, solid waste management, and riverfront management.

Creating the Nebula by Reuben Margolin

Conceived and designed by artist Reuben Margolin, the Nebula is a kinetic sculpture that incorporates 445 cables which connect 15,000 shimmering bicycle reflectors.



The Gizmo crew drives to Dallas to install the 150 foot wide kinetic sculpture - but will they be able to get it there? And will the tree defeat Schuyler?



After unravelling 445 cables, the crew has doubts about the Nebula's design. Will they be able to untangle the jumble of wires from the pile?
