Inspired by the unifying effect of the hachi, Nico Wissing's 2011 design reflects the shape of this worldwide symbol: the figure eight. Nico interprets the hachi as a symbol for happiness and of good future fortune. This garden means to inspire these ideas through structural design and the use of a carefully chosen color palate.
