Abengoa consolidates its global leadership with 16 concentrating solar power plants and more than 1,100 MW in operation and under construction around the world. Abengoa has begun construction on ten plants over the last year.
Abengoa, the international company that applies innovative technology solutions for sustainability development in the energy and environment sectors, has completed the financing on two 50 MW concentrating solar power plants. Located on the Castilla-La Mancha Solar Platform in the province of Ciudad Real, Spain, the plants will come into operation in the second half of 2012.
