All New 2011 Citroen Tubik Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show
Citroën has announced plans to introduce the Tubik concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Described as a "high-tech executive shuttle," the van has boxy styling with a bold front fascia, a massive grille and miniscule headlights. Most notably, the passenger side has a massive gullwing door which opens to reveal a spacious and airy cabin.
Speaking of the interior, it offers seating for nine but the second and three rows can fold down to create a comfortable bed. Elsewhere, the driver sits in a circular ring which boasts a head-up display and an advanced steering wheel with an integrated infotainment system. There's no word on specifications, but Citroën says the van is "intelligent" and "eco-friendly" so expect a hybrid or electric powertrain.
