Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announced today the launch of a country-wide contest to design the ‘Nation Brand’.
The historic visual identity contest in the country launched under the motto ‘The Nation Brand Contest; Be part of the UAE history’ will attract the country’s talented youth to participate.
The Nation Brand will depict the country’s values, characteristics as well as the culture of its people for the purpose of using it in all promotional efforts of the UAE internally and externally. The nation brand will unify and strengthen these efforts and serve UAE’s supreme strategic objectives.
In an expression of his faith in the talents and creativity of the nation’s youth to design genuine brands reflecting the spirit and characteristics of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed has urged university students to participate by way of sending their contributions to his official website.
The best design will subsequently be adopted to be used in thousands of promotional materials within the UAE and abroad.
