LightLane is an inventive tool for making biking safer and more accessible. LightLane, awarded a Gold in the 2009 IDSA International Design Excellence Awards, is the invention of Alex Lee and Evan Gant of the Massachusetts based design firm Altitude. The impetus for LightLane was to create a safer riding environment to encourage biking as an alternative commuting method.
