Thousands of people from across the country will join together on Sunday, November 6th at the White House for the largest protest ever staged against the tar sands.
Together we will circle the White House and stand with one voice demanding that President Obama reject the Keystone XL oil pipeline proposal. This is our stand against Transcanada, a Canadian-owned oil company that seeks to seize property from private landowners to build an oil pipeline through America’s heartland.
The proposed oil pipeline is a nightmare. This foreign oil company must be stopped before it destroys our water, our atmosphere and our citizen’s rights as property-owners.
