The winner of a competition will find the top prize something of a breeze. Whoever is picked out of the hat for choosing the most popular name for Eneco’s offshore wind farm planned for the west of the Island will win a luxury long weekend in Rotterdam and spending money.
Nine runners-up will receive £100. After receiving almost 100 suggestions for the name of the wind park, which will be located off the Hampshire and Dorset coasts to the west of the Island, an independent Eneco team, based in the Netherlands, shortlisted ten names that are reflective of the local area.
Suggestion: Not in Holland
